..and for completeness the MAD on that list is a destination but not a slip, the trip construction is usually a block of three sequential days of MAD there and back, "slipping" at LHR..
That "pickyness" aside thats a great list and list shows there is a lot to go at but has been mentioned some of the stuff, such as EZE and the SIN "out and back" tends be senior territory.
