BA are basically chartering DHL 757SF (yes, they are all former BA aeroplanes) for intra-European freight hauling. It is fixed schedule flights every week, and quite a few of them to boot.
It may be BA are struggeling filing up belly capacity, but you can offer quite a different product on real freighters carrying 125/88 inch ULDs .... Get the picture?
