True about the 1500 hrs bit, however remember you could well have started flying the aircraft with 180 hours total time, been on it 4 years, done many take offs and landings due to short sectors.

Therefore, in certain operators (like mine) you could have far more handling experience with 1500 hours than a charter pilot with 3500 hours.
