Alright. The regulatory governmental body thinks, the cheapest possible means, ‘self-guided interactive instruction on laptops’ is actual training. Or better, even ENHANCED training. You can’t make this sh** up. No damn expensive instructors or simulators necessary. Is this still a safety minded world? Is everybody insane now? More catastrophies in the making.
