The heavies wake turbulence doesn't start until liftoff. By GA the next jet exposed himself to a possible wake event not to mention he has some very close spacing to the departing jet for ATC to handle (tower or departure).
Once I see the nose rotating of the aircraft ahead, he is committed to Take off and I can land. Until then I am loaded for the GA.
Close but nothing to unusual.
