Universal International ICAO ATPL that Ive been bitchin about bringin in for years. In that time Ive realised itll never happen due to the self-interest of the worlds individual aviation authoriteys and the maintainance of there provincial fiefdoms. Youd have to first iliminate every aviation civil servant and Transport minister but theres too many of them in the world and not enough bullets to go around.
