Both AA and WN have AoA disagree indicator and AoA display. So the risk is reduced to acceptable level that grounding is not necessary
And if Boeing had made that a standard fit on all Max airframes (or retrofitted it FoC after the Lion Air accident), 157 people might still be alive today.
