HR and IR have, due historically unlimited supply of pilots driven terms and conditions so low that they fail to attract applicants.
The poster above says they work for them and YTD have grossed $241k. Although that is not a huge salary for an Airline Captain in 2019, neither is it so low as to fail to attract applicants. Especially if you’re in the NZ job market.
