Take a look at Ryanair, Wizzair, Easyjet, Norwegian, Middle eastern companies and many others.
They can arrange an assessment that lasts 1-2 days in total without useless astronaut tests where you have to pay hundreds of Euros and then sit there for 8 hours in a classroom to try and memorize figures and colours.
After that they decide whether you are suitable to be a pilot or not. Even if you have been flying commercially for the last decade...
Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't these entry-level pilot positions? For those with little or no hours? Why would experienced pilots apply for them?
