When even your CP's are surreptitiously sliding out the door, there isn't much credibility left for any manager at a Fleet Forum parroting the rather farcical line that "all is will with recruiting and retention". To the rest of us, what more evidence do you need to realise that the time to leave is now, while there are other options available. Those options will eventually be gone.
