Way Better, I don't know what your unions official policy on these hire-ins is, but consider this before you condemn them.
Your target in this action is Aer Lingus management. They have invited this response and they are getting what they asked for.
However it would be counter productive for the action to be targetted (intentionally or not) at your passengers. They should not be caught in the crossfire of your dispute.
Your argument is with Willy Walsh, not them.
For that reason you should welcome, indeed invite the arrival of hire-ins. Each one costs him a fortune, and he has chosen to piddle the money away.
If all goes well there will be no disruption to pax. You'll find more support from the public if that is the case.
In short...MAXIMUM COMPETITION from all other carriers should be invited.
