Any reply you get (including this one) will be mostly speculation. As far as I see it:
1. Brexit postponed - extra time for your transfer to go through
2. Brexit with a deal - effectively remaining in EU until December 2020
3. Brexit no deal - hardest to predict but would hopefully just be a delay in the transfer process. Common sense would say eventually there’ll be an agreement to facilitate transfers but who knows with aviation authorities!
