Wait a few days to see if microsoft have something to fix.
Do a restart. NOT a shutdown/power up - in W10 shutdown is not really shutdown, more of a hibernate.
Check drivers for red/yellow triangle flags. (Control Panel/Device Manager)
Fix any.
All of the following take a while to run, don't interrupt them. DISM can take hours. sfc usually not so long.
In an Administrator command window run sfc /scannow
If it reports unfixable errors run it again ELSE goto Finally
If still unfixable errors
Get online (I think this is needed) - In an Administrator command window run
DISM /
Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
If it reports some errors resolved
In an Administrator command window run sfc /scannow
If errors not resolved you have serious problems that I don't know how to fix.
Finally
In an Administrator command window run
chkdsk /f
I have not covered every eventuality. Seek further advice if necessary.
