It beggars belief that such valuable material would ever be destroyed. There is much to be learned from studying it.....indeed it should be required background reading for anyone involved in Military Flight Safety. Such a depressing litany of lies and failure must never be allowed to be forgotten overwise we run the risk of a repetition.
