Or the professional version. Make XPDR + ADS-B mandatory. Its high time for that. We do have paragliders jumping off a rock right at 10nm finals (LOC-DME / RNAV approach) and these dudes seem to look for death. Had a few near misses with em over the years and contrary what one would think they are hard to see at times... handheld XDR with ADSB for them.
