Right on the money but the majority of pilots are just happy to be working because they cant get into any other airline and CX have lowered the standards so much now that this is the only airline in the world where flying skills are no longer a prerequisite.
Hmm I left Cathay nearly 3 years ago now and all my close friends who were at Cathay (all FOs) have now headed back to the UK to fly for BA/VA.
There are opportunities in greener pastures for sure!
