That would involve a transfer of business which is simply not possible under current legislation. If it was legal it would have been done long ago. It’s that attitude to company threats (remember sign this 787 deal or else) which spread fear and uncertainty. The domestic situation is totally different. This is a transfer of business situation and having this attitude is counterproductive from both the company’s and pilots point of view.
