Your comment is right on. After several years with this company I'm looking to get out. The T&C are way below the market. Word of advice: The offer may be interesting for low timers looking to get type rated on turbine aircraft. You may end up flying Q400 even if they tell you that you are intervied for the EMB. There are some limited direct F/O entries for the 787. The company promises them command in a "very short time". Nobody can give you as much as LOT will promise you.
