Last I saw was a little while ago when they were hiring as well for all fleets, but 787 had some requirements like 4000+ total time and X amount above certain weight to filter out at least some applications.
Don’t know about the current conditions, but they’ve obviously been through some chaos recently if you followed the news. The crew I’ve met has been professional and nice people to be around. Warsaw is a pretty nice city, some things are also significantly cheaper in Poland. But there are things to consider like the current government and and overall atmosphere. There are some fairly anti-foreigner (read expat) movements as well (hearsay from Polish colleagues).
