Full control of my schedule, have had xmas and new year off even as a new captain.
work around 15 days a month, mostly 4 on 4 off (by choice), most of those are 1 or 2 leg nights (by choice, for easier commute)..
2 week vacation, good medical, LTD, retirement.
Also we are just about the worst paid in the USA....
