When Monarch had problems 3 years ago, before getting bust, they refuse to recruit their own, half trained, MPL.
Training on A320, fortunately for them EZY recruited most of them.
I don't know for Flybe, but if they do the MPL on dash Q400, it will be really hard to find someone to recruit them.
