Another peak travel season is just around around the corner and there is still time to organise. Saying that you will be out sick or how much you are going to cost the operation is simply not enough. Look how effective that was last year. This is probably your last chance to right the ship. Someone has to step up and show some courage here. It just takes one person to get this started... If you're not willing to stick your necks out now, then you may as well sign POS18. I have no doubt the sign or resign scenario is coming.... You guys have nothing left to lose. Just sayin....
Right on the money but the majority of pilots are just happy to be working because they cant get into any other airline and CX have lowered the standards so much now that this is the only airline in the world where flying skills are no longer a prerequisite.
