Which only becomes interesting if you have been employed for a longer period of time. Shorter contracts like in this case won't pay much.
And I wonder if the pilots are going to see something of the €250000 penalty. The ruling only stipulates that it is the penalty for a mandatory base change;
not for a discharge and not for a
voluntary change (it was underlined 4 times in the Ryanair letter!).
