Found this article about the pilot squeeze in corporate aviation. They appear to be getting proactive about the issue.
I know almost nothing about that world except what a couple of friends (and my son) told me but they did it either before or after a Part 121 career. So, it'll be interesting to get some input from you folks who do this type of flying "for real":
