It will be a failure...he has absolutely no idea of what he is about to come up against and although he will see his authority as absolute, in reality it only exists if "they" say so. He will be initially welcomed, then tolerated, then at best, leave as a lame duck CEO or more likely, undermined, then fired...at best he is there for CEO on his resume and may make changes at the behest of his masters...the rest is stamp collecting and inevitable, unless the government either changes or decides to make changes.
