Years ago apparently KLM somehow got involved and had a lot to do with how the airline became robust particularly from a check and training perspective. Obviously things have changed over the years, given the most recent accident something drastic needs to be changed to turn things around.
Who ever wears the CEO Cap has got a mammoth job ahead of them, just hope he gets the support from the right areas to get things back on track.
