I didn't know much about CELLO so did a Wiki to find out.
At lunchtime today, 12th October, Wiki already said -
Cello Aviation was a British charter airline based at Birmingham Airport. The airline primarily operated private and VIP charters with two specially configured aircraft. It also operated wet lease and full charter flights with an Avro RJ100 aircraft.[1]
So it seems someone had already updated Wiki to the past tense within a couple of minutes of the announcement - which I find quite strange.
