I was offered a position with BSP flying the 139 a few years ago and was surprised at the relatively low salary. The whole package might make it attractive for families with accommodation and schooling provided but as a single person it just was not worth it.
5 years ago it was about 220k BND (160k USD now) I believe. No idea what the current offer is.
