RAT, another very good point. The ONLY way we can vote "yes" on an offer that binds us to "no futher industrial action" is IF it acceptably addresses ALL outstanding issues. Otherwise, we will be putting ourselves in a position where CX can abuse us at will, and we will legally be prevented from doing anything about it. Unless this agreement suitably addresses all issues, then it is a NO from me. We've come too far to give up and accept a flawed deal. The company has to be made to realise that we insist on all groups being treated properly. Nothing less will do.
