Since no unions are allowed here there is no need for management skills, they can simply enforce any desired policy.... I was planning to leave after they stole our overtime money last year but decided to stay and save a little more before calling the night, this is the kind of BS I’m referring to when I say that I don’t have to put up with anymore.
