With no plan in view regarding mutual recognition of flight crew licences etc. Interesting that they state:
All candidates will need to have a Swiss following employment.
I imagine they mean a Swiss issued licence which begs the question, if you have to convert anyway, why are they excluding UK issued licence holders prior to the UK leaving the EU? Once you have Swiss paperwork, what difference could it possibly make whether the UK is in or out?
