When you do resign you should meet your fleet management , in my experience after my 9 years they just accept your letter and no small talk . ( i.e where are you going or wishing you well )
Having said that a decision well made was to leave. Now on a commuting contract 3 trips per month plus 10 consec days off earning more money. Asia based.
