Planning my resignation for the next 6 months, my understanding is that a 3 months notice is required by the company. Is there any advantage to give them a longer notice or should I stick to the minimum and let them know just 3 moths prior to the date I'm leaving?
All my leaves have been assigned already, is there a way to re-accommodate them in such a way to reduce the 3 months notice? Or maybe work thru out the entire notice and have them paying me the untaken leaves?
