Are you referring to the potential to not revert to previous agreements or the issue with the CAA not currently having the authority to issue type certificates and oversee continued airworthiness of airlines? If it is the former, then there is no issue for the EU as they are a continuing entity. If it is the later, the CAA recognise this and hence why they are scrambling to stand up a capability if the announced preferred idea of staying in EASA is not possible. Note, currently membership in EASA falls under the ECJ for dispute resolution and the like, so this is a sticking point.
