I went to the display today and it was fine, although only civilian airliners for the most part. The 'usual' throwing of large chunks of aerodynamic metal around the sky was performed with aplomb by the pilots, but somehow the feeling at the end was "was that it ?".....There was the unannounced flypast of an F-35 and Typhoon pair at the very beginning of the display, but they came and went in a flash (certainly before fumble fingers could take a photo!).
