A companies workforce retention, (not detention), is a direct reflection of the company and how it is run. He survives because he is a bottom feeder. There is successful one in every industry. You even contradict your argument by stating, "gets revenue from single engine remote bases that don't cost anything.".
I tell you what if it’s so simple why don’t you try it. Every one is an arm chair expert, put the money up, deal with CASA, get an AOC, employ staff, he deserves a medal not the crap that’s put up here.
