Existing carriers are also not immune to growth at Birmingham either, with Jet2.com providing two further units for S19, extra capacity from TUI Airways, as well as the prospect of Lufthansa adding capacity on its Munich operation and KLM offering extra seats to Amsterdam this winter. Despite its faltering start this summer, Primera Air has indicated that it will bring back its transatlantic services for S19.
