Some interesting " facts" floating around here.
There was a 5 page story on training at Flight International ca a year or so ago, were the Head of Training tells his story. An interesting read with regards to how he view other operators and RYR.
From what I can see a lot of good FOs ready for upgrade leave just before upgrading. A good number of fresh CPs also say Sayonara! And quite a few Direct entry CPs with limited understanding or concern for SOP once line training is finished, are taking the good bases!!
Approaching 5000 pilots with 1400 new this year alone.
Something has to change , and that has to happen soon.
