As for the rigorous 3 year study programme, you gave me a good laugh, thank you. The upgrade itself is one of the quickest in the industry, and so is the time spent on the right seat before the course starts.
And considering that 90% of the cadets do not even have 200 hours when joining the coompany, well... again, hats off to the training department. All the other companies and training departmens in the world should take notes, because they are obviously doing something wrong.
I am sure it has nothing to do with the fact that they are desperate for Captains.
