The company line is 'they get nothing in order to pay back their training costs'. Once the third stripe arrives at the end of the three years KA (cadet) FOs are on around HKD120-30,000 including 'Special Allowance' HKD21,300 and will have logged around 1500-1700 hours in the right seat of the A320. How does this compare to a CX SO at the three year point?
