EZY are only recruiting pilots with "line experience"(from the horse's mouth!!!) and do not accept CVs sent through the post due to the "paperless office policy",but only applications through their website.
To apply to Ryanair you have to contact one of the approved FTOs that you can find on their website,again if you sent your CV to Ryanair directly it will probably be ignored.
I know a guy who is doing the Type rating at gecat ,for Ryanair , and he has just over 200HRS ,so it's possible.
