I had a look at the Rotorway and flew one and wasn’t too impressed. Some of the other models are much better and even the rotorway doesn’t come under the LAA. Just seems a great pity and nonsensical when they allow such a vast array of light planes and not one helicopter.
just another example of how helicopters are discriminated against, and I'll bet you can name several more. We should march on Washington, or Brussels, or somewhere...
