You can convert everything, but it won't be cheap or easy. It'll take 6-12 months just for the exams, then about 30 hours of flight training. By the time you have converted, you will have flown at least 300 hours. That's 100 MORE than required for an EASA licence.
What you are proposing only makes sense if you intend to stay in the US and teach, it definitely is not the quickest or cheapest way into an airliner. If you want to be an airline pilot in Europe, you can do it for half what you plan to spend.
