When the CASA 'wording' causes a baulk - it's possible you haven't done enough practice exams under the clock. I failed my 1st CPL Nav, many moons ago, and it was because I'd never done a single practice exam, and tried 5 CPL exams within 2 weeks. Far too much in the one bite! I was really prepared the next time. Good luck.
