1) you can expect between £60k - £65k, based on 900 hours in STN. Don't know about the other places but I dare to say it is less, even if you convert £ to € at the current exchange rate.
2) It's varied. There are people who don't give a heck, people that are 50:50 and others that will pick on everything they can. It depends a lot of how bad or well the company as treated them before. I personally never had a huge problem and they also helped me few times however I honestly believe that the company has to treat their staff way better - not just the pilots. It's not all about the money. Good luck if you join, expect to be pushed for command and based away once you've done a winter there
