It won't be a problem....especially a CPL subject. I've heard of rare occasions where airlines have asked for ATPL results but again it's rare and as long as you pass without a dozen attempts you will be fine.
Make sure you re-sit the exam while the info is fresh and continue on without worry. I have never met anyone that actually passed all their theory subjects through to and including ATPLs the first time around so keep up the work and don't dwell.
