Just following on from the last post. It does indeed seem that there is an AN E170 which has been sitting outside of the hangar for the past few months with no engines. No money left in the piggy bank I’m told.

It's interesting because that would most likely be VH-ANT which has not flown since 23rd February and as far as I know it is the youngest E170 in the fleet. They have also used it more than the others on their Toowoomba - Melbourne service and even took it to the Avalon Air Show last year - don't know if that was a charter or if the aircraft was on display.
