And yes we should avoid generalisations; still I prefer explaining some weak points in the opening post by a generalisation over making the poster a criminal, or at least suspect. I hope he/she will not be too much discouraged by certain critical replies - my own not least! - and will come back soon, so that we can better understand, and give better advice accordingly.
