Only Merlin Swire will have the ears of anyone important so until he is alarmed ( the Swires just increased their wealth in the Sunday Times Rich List by hundreds of millions LAST YEAR!!), nobody in Swire HQ could care less about the problems anyone is having with 2 SOs, housing, salary or any other inconsequential nonsense you guys whinge about.
