ALL of them said this was it. ALL of them are starting on apps and an exit plan.
These were guys who were not already sitting on the fence.
I hope you're right but I would be really surprised if EK gets the number of resignations that people here are talking about. Yes some are pissed off but the vast majority are still content if not happy with EK.
I don't know what it will take for pilots to leave EK.
